If you have zero channels showing after you've attempted to log in this means you have a typo in your username and/or password. You can access your username and password along with the "phonetic helpers" on the website. Navigate to Services > My Services then click on the green "Active" button on the far right next to your active service. This will lead you to your Username and Password along with their Phonetic Helpers.
On your Firestick perform these steps to wipe out the username/password with the typos and enter them correctly:
1) In the middle right of the home page, navigate to the Settings Wheel on the device and click it to open.
2) Scroll down and click on Applications
3) Click on Manage Installed Applications
4) Scroll down and click on HawkTV
5) Click on Clear data > OK (this will wipe the username/password)
6) Launch application
7) Enter your Username & Password
It's easiest to connect your phone to your Firestick device to easily enter your username and password. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code by the keyboard, then you can copy/paste your username and password from your phone. After you paste it in there, hit the spacebar and it will populate on the screen. Make sure to delete out the space before you hit enter.
