WebWizard Hosting Referring Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By activating or using your WebWizard Hosting affiliate link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and the WebWizard Hosting Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not activate or use your affiliate link.

2. Program Participation

Participation in the WebWizard Hosting Referring Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) is voluntary. Participation does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other formal business relationship between the affiliate and WebWizard Hosting.

Affiliates are not employees or authorized representatives of WebWizard Hosting and may not make commitments, representations, or warranties on behalf of the company.

3. Commission Eligibility and Payments

Commissions are earned only on qualifying referrals and transactions as defined by the Affiliate Program rules published by WebWizard Hosting.

Commission rates, eligibility requirements, payment thresholds, payment methods, and other program rules are subject to the applicable program terms.

WebWizard Hosting reserves the right to review and verify referrals, transactions, and commission calculations. Fraudulent, invalid, self-referred, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded from commission eligibility.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to applicable payment terms and laws.

4. At-Will Participation, Account Suspension, and Termination

The Affiliate Program is offered on an at-will basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebWizard Hosting reserves the right to suspend, restrict, modify, discontinue, or terminate the Affiliate Program in whole or in part, or to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation, at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice.

No affiliate is guaranteed continued participation in the Affiliate Program, any minimum level of referrals, any minimum amount of commissions, or the continued availability of the Affiliate Program.

Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

WebWizard Hosting reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, deactivate, terminate, or permanently delete any affiliate account, and to discontinue any affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program, at any time, without prior notice, with or without cause. Grounds for such action may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or abusive activity, misleading information, misuse of affiliate links, inactivity, or any conduct that WebWizard Hosting determines may be harmful to the company, its customers, or its business interests.

Upon suspension or termination, WebWizard Hosting may immediately disable affiliate links, revoke access to the Affiliate Program, and remove or delete the affiliate account. Affiliates are responsible for retaining their own records of referrals and commissions. Account deletion does not eliminate any obligation to pay valid commissions earned before termination, which will be handled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Upon termination of an affiliate’s participation or discontinuation of the Affiliate Program, the affiliate must cease representing themselves as an active WebWizard Hosting affiliate and discontinue use of affiliate links, promotional materials, and any authorization to use WebWizard Hosting branding.

Eligibility for commissions on transactions or renewals occurring after termination will be determined by the applicable agreement and any lawful termination provisions.

5. Changes to the Program and Terms

WebWizard Hosting reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, commission structures, eligibility requirements, payment procedures, and other Affiliate Program rules.

Material changes will be communicated through the website, affiliate account, email, or other reasonable means when appropriate or required by law.

Changes will take effect on the stated effective date, subject to applicable law and any applicable notice or consent requirements. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised terms to the extent permitted by law. If an affiliate does not agree to revised terms, the affiliate may discontinue participation in the Affiliate Program.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities and Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activities and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer-protection requirements.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, unauthorized, or deceptive claims about WebWizard Hosting or its products and services. Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with WebWizard Hosting when required by applicable law.

7. Taxes and Form 1099 Reporting

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from commissions or other compensation received through the Affiliate Program.

WebWizard Hosting may request a completed IRS Form W-9 or other appropriate tax documentation when reasonably necessary or legally required.

WebWizard Hosting will issue Form 1099-NEC or another applicable information return when required by federal or state law. Applicable reporting thresholds and requirements may vary by tax year, recipient classification, payment method, and the nature of the transaction.

For qualifying nonemployee compensation payments made in calendar year 2026, the general federal Form 1099-NEC reporting threshold is $2,000 per recipient. Different thresholds or requirements may apply to earlier tax years, certain payment types, recipient classifications, or state laws.

The reporting threshold does not determine whether commissions are taxable income to the recipient. Affiliates remain responsible for reporting income as required by law, whether or not an information return is issued.

WebWizard Hosting reserves the right to request additional documentation and to withhold or delay payments when required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives or limits any tax-reporting, withholding, or other legal obligations applicable to WebWizard Hosting.

8. No Guarantee of Continued Availability

The Affiliate Program is provided as a voluntary promotional arrangement and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as business needs evolve.

Participation does not guarantee future commissions, continued program availability, any minimum level of earnings, or compensation beyond amounts payable under the applicable program terms.

9. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and any other valid agreements governing the affiliate relationship.

By activating or using an affiliate link, the affiliate acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the WebWizard Hosting Terms of Service referenced above.
