ClearChoice - How to Report a Channel Not Working

1) On the channel that is not working click the up button on your remote.
2) Click on the health button (the icon that looks like a doctor's bag with a + button)
3) Report if it's Audio Not Working, Video Not Working, or both Audio/Video Not Working.
