Firestick Devices (Amazon):
1) In the middle right of the home page, navigate to the Settings Wheel on the device and click it to open.
2) Scroll down and click on Applications
3) Click on Manage Installed Applications
4) Scroll down and click on HawkTV
5) Click on Clear data > OK (this will wipe the username/password & playlist)
6) Click on Clear cache
7) Click on Force stop
8) Launch application
Android Devices (Google):
1) In the top right of the home page, navigate and click on the "All Settings: Wheel
2) Scroll down and click on Apps
3) Click on See all apps
4) Scroll down and click on HawkTV
5) Click on Clear data > OK (this will wipe the username/password & playlist)
6) Click on Clear cache
7) Click on Force stop
8) Click Open
