To change your number of connections on HawkTV, you simply need to cancel your current subscription. To cancel your service, on the website navigate to [Services > My Services](https://webwizardhosting.com/clientarea.php?action=services), click on "Active" by the service you want to cancel, and then over to the left click on "Request Cancellation". Enter a brief description and click on "Request Cancellation".

Then, you can order the subscription / number of connections that you want to go with going forward.

You will receive a new welcome email with your new username and password.
If you're using the HawkSuite go to the Settings on your device, then into apps or applications, then scroll down to each app (HawkTV, HawkVision, and HawkVOD) and click on "Clear data". This will wipe the existing username and password and you can enter the new one.
