How do I switch services and/or my # of connections?

To switch your service or number of connections, you simply need to cancel your current subscription by following the steps in this video.

Then, you can order the subscription / # of connections that you want to go with going forward.

ClearChoice Subscriptions: https://webwizardhosting.com/index.php/store/clearchoice 

Next, you will receive a new welcome email with your new username and password.

If you're using ClearChoice you just need to simply logout and enter the new username and password.

If you're using the HawkSuite go to the Settings on your device, then into apps or applications, then scroll down to each app (HawkTV, HawkVision, and HawkVOD) and click on "Clear data". This will wipe the existing username and password and then when you open up each of the apps you can enter in your new username and password.
