How do I switch from ClearChoice to HawkSuite?

You simply need to cancel your current ClearChoice subscription by clicking on Services > My Services, then click on your "Active" by the CC Service.

Then, over to the left click on "Request Cancellation", enter a brief description and click on "Request Cancellation".

Also, if you're using PayPal you'll want to cancel automatic payments for now.
Here’s how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Payments.
- Select Automatic payments or Subscriptions and saved businesses.
- Select Merchant, then click on "Stop paying with PayPal".
- On the next pages, you just need to confirm the cancellation.

Now you can order the HawkSuite subscription that you want to go with going forward. You'll receive a welcome email with install and your username/password as soon as the order is completed.

* If you have been trialing the HawkSuite you'll need to change your username / password for each app. Go to the Settings on your device, then into apps or applications, then scroll down to each app and click on then app, then click on "Clear data". This will wipe the existing username and password and you can enter the new ones when you open the apps again.
