Q: How do I become a Referring Affiliate?
A: It's easy! Just log into webwizardhosting.com and click on the (1) Affiliate button in the top row, then select (2) Activate Affiliate Account. This will enable (3) Your Unique Referral Link, which you can share with friends and family to help them sign up. The unique URL is linked to your Affiliate ID and uses "cookies" to monitor signups, allowing you to earn commissions from each order.
Q: How much money can I earn referring customers with my unique URL?
A: When a customer signs up, they become associated with your Affiliate ID, and you'll earn 15% on each new order. Additionally, when they renew their subscription, you'll receive the same 15% commission. (Ex. Say a customer signs up for a 6-month HawkSuite plan (5 connections) at $300—you’d earn $45. Then, each time they renew, you’ll keep earning $45 every 6 months until they cancel.)
Q: How do I get paid for being an affiliate?
A: After reaching the $250 minimum payout threshold, you can click the Request Withdraw button, which will generate a support ticket for our team. We will then get in touch with you to discuss your preferred payment method...whether it's PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. (No Debit / Credit Cards)
Q: What does “Pending Commissions” and “Available to Withdraw Balance” mean?
A: When a payment is made, your affiliate’s “Pending Commissions: Balance will increase by the commission amount for the order. However, the “Available to Withdraw” Balance will remain unchanged. There is a 24-hour processing period to account for potential cancellations, chargebacks, PayPal disputes, etc..
Q: Why can’t I see the names of the people that sign-up in my affiliate view?
A: This measure is in place to protect user privacy. For example, when someone uses an affiliate link to make a purchase, it doesn't necessarily mean they have a direct connection with the affiliate. The link may have been shared publicly, such as on a forum, and the buyer may not have any personal relationship with the affiliate, making it important to keep this information private.
