To cancel your service, on the website navigate to Services > My Services, click on the "**Active**" button by the service you want to cancel.
This will lead you to a new page, over to the left click on "Request Cancellation", enter a brief description and finish by clicking on "Request Cancellation".
Also, if you're using PayPal you'll need to cancel automatic payments because submitting a cancellation request DOES NOT cancel automatic recurring payments in PayPal.
Here’s how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:
Go to Settings
Click Payments
Select Automatic payments
Select the Merchant
On this page, you can cancel the automatic payment.
