Perform these maintenance steps on a regular basis to keep your device / apps running as smoothly as possible.
On your Firestick perform these steps:
1) In the middle right of the home page, navigate to the Settings Wheel on the device and click it to open.
2) Scroll down and click on Applications
3) Click on Manage Installed Applications
4) Scroll down and click on HawkTV or ClearChoice
5) Click on Clear cache
6) Click on Force top
7) Launch application
On your Android device perform these steps:
1) In the top right of the home page, navigate and click on the "All Settings: Wheel
2) Scroll down and click on Apps
3) Click on See all apps
4) Scroll down and click on HawkTV or ClearChoice
5) Click on Clear cache
6) Click on Force stop
7) Launch application
