If you don't see a 3700+ of channels processed then you most likely have a typo in your password. To start over go to Settings > Playlist > Click on HAWKTV > Scroll down to "Delete playlist" > Delete > then click on "Add playlist". This will take you back to the beginning so just click on HawkTV, then enter your username and password. Then it will process the playlist and if you see thousands of channels processed you can click on done and you'll be good to go. If you don't see thousands of channels processed then there is a typo.
If you have a firestick the best way to enter the password is to use the QR camera functionality. If you have an android device use this website to copy/paste your password to make sure you have everything correct when entering your password. https://www.randm.ca/products/phonetic-passwords/
