If you have channels showing "No information" you can assign EPG (Electric Programming Guide) to those channels. (Ex. LOCALS)
1.) When you're on the guide and on the channel you want to assign, hold down the OK button for a few seconds until the menu on the right appears.
2.) Scroll down and click on Assign EPG.
3.) A list of channels will appear in alphabetical order, now you can find the channel you would like to assign it's EPG to the channel showing No Information. In the example below we are assigning ABC East to a Local ABC channel.
4.) Once the EPG is Assigned, that's it, it will remain on that channel until it is Unassigned.
